With the wind in your hair and the sun upon your face, riding a bike is no less enjoyable now than it was when you were ten years old. With mild weather all year round and tons of things to see, bike-riding in Alicante is a popular activity. Hit up El Palmeral, a palm tree filled oasis which also boasts a cross-country biking circuit, or cruise along the wide, flat walkways of Lo Morant. Outside of the city center you can come across special bicycle roads- check out the Vía Parque, the Playa de San Juan, and the area around Alicante Golf.
